The Company was formed in 1993 by Late Mr. Pawan Jain & his wife Mrs. Bharti P. Jain along with a set of young talented professionals to cater to an emerging need for more scientific solutions for territorial design implementations.

 

The thrust of the company is to provide solutions and designs, which emerge from a total understanding and detailed research on the proposed building type. We consider it imperative to study, in detail, the current engineering technology, which go hand in hand with architectural design. We also carry out elaborate surveys and enquairies into the state of the art of a particular technology, wherever it is available. In a nutshell, we base our designs and recommendation on a firm foundation of comprehensive information and research. We try to preserve and replicate all the prominent heritage elements while working near a heritage building. Which also gives us a chance to employ local artisans.

 

Cost reduction in buildings has been a matter of specialization, into which we have done considerable research. Late Mrs. Pawan Jain, was deeply interested in low cost architecture and was a consultant to several State Governments, The Ministry of Urban Development and The planning Commission Government of India, for their building programmes in rural areas.

 

P . JAIN & Co .  has been involved in several assignments ranging from the design of wood stoves to furniture and industrial machines, and from building design to housing policy at the national level. Our earlier projects are a testimony to this fact.
